Barbeque Dry Rub

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon, ground
  • 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons celery seed
  • 1/2 teaspoons cayenne pepper

Instructions

Stir all ingredients into a bowl and generously cover meat.
You get the best flavor and tenderness if meat tenderizes in refrigerator for a few hours.
