Barbecue Baby Back Ribs
- 3-4 pounds baby back ribs
- black pepper
- 1 cups barbeque sauce
Remove ribs from package and rinse. Place on aluminum foil long enough to cover whole rack. Season with kosher salt and pepper. Wrap foil around ribs until completely covered, adding more foil if necessary.
Place ribs in center of grill. Turn heat down to low, turning off the center burner if your grill has a center burner. If you do not, alternate the front and back burners being on and off (for example, front burner on for 30 mins, then back burner on for 30 mins and so on). Close lid and cook for approximately 20-30 minutes per pound.
After this time, check to see if ribs are cooked through (meat will pull away from bones). If completely cooked or nearing completion, pour on bbq sauce and slightly cover back over with foil. Cook for an additional 10-15 minutes.
That is it! Enjoy this succulent meat as it falls off the bone and tastes mouth watering good. Add additional sauce, if desired.
