Dairy, Peanut/Nut & Egg-Free
Bread Machine Cinnamon Rolls
Recipe adapted from MoneySavingMom.com (made dairy & egg-free). Be sure to read instructions in advance as some ingredients are split up.
Ingredients
- 1+2T+1t cups allowed milk (cow, rice, soy, almond, coconut, etc.)
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 EnerG egg replacer
- 1/2 cups white granulated sugar
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoons salt
- 3 teaspoons yeast (for bread machine)
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 2/3 cups brown sugar
- 1 tablespoons cinnamon, ground
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoons vanilla
Instructions
Warm 1 cup + 2 Tbsp. milk. Put the dough ingredients in the bread machine in the order listed. Run on the dough cycle. Once finished, roll the dough on a floured surface into a large rectangle. Spread with 2 Tbsp melted butter and top with mixture of brown sugar and cinnamon.
Roll up and cut into 1 inch pieces (about 10-15 rolls). Place in greased 9x13 pan or 2 round cake pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until brown. Spread the icing on as soon as they come out of the oven. Enjoy!
Icing:
1 tsp. allowed milk
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
4 Tbsp butter, softened
1 tsp vanilla
(You can make these ahead without baking. Cover pan with plastic wrap, refrigerate, and bake in oven in the morning.)
