It was a very pleasant surprise when both of my allergy-friendly recipes were posted at Money Saving Mom this week just in time for all the holiday baking. First was my Peppermint Fudge Brownies and now my German Chocolate Cookies.
One of the comments left at MSM for this recipe really confirmed why I continue to do this. Sure, I make foods for my family, but The Willing Cook pushes me to experiment and create delicious, safe, and beautiful food. Here is what she said:
Thank you, Thank you!!!! With the holidays among us and all of the wonderful recipes going out very few that we can use, this is a diamond, a gift for sure! I really appreciate the friendly wording too, since we have allergies in the household to peanuts, tree nuts (but not coconut) , dairy, egg and oat (I can adjust for the oat easy) I really appreciate this so much! Thank you again and again!
When I say that I’m here to serve your food allergy needs, I truly am. My hope for the holiday festivities ahead and the new year is that The Willing Cook can come along side you more and more as you travel along allergy’s highway.
Now, for that recipe. Head over to Money Saving Mom to view my scrumpdittleumptious recipe for German Chocolate Cookies!
