I’m so glad that many of you were able to browse the contents of Kate Tietje’s ebook In the Kitchen – Real Food Basics. For me, food allergies keep me quite busy in the kitchen, and I already do a lot in terms of “real food” because of food allergies. I won’t use every component of this book, but I do feel that there is a lot of useful information that she shares, not to mention some great recipes.
As stated in my review, my favorite part of Real Food Basics is the section on “baby steps.” Making a whole lifestyle transformation in the food realm is a huge undertaking. It’s not something that you can just jump right into, making “baby steps” a necessity. Kate knows this and she is very practical about the steps it takes for someone to do it. I appreciate that!
You can still purchase the Real Food Basics ebook through Saturday, November 12 at 25% off the cover price by using coupon code: COOK25. Simply click on the link to purchase.
