Allergy-Free Wednesdays: May 15, 2013

Welcome to Allergy-Free Wednesdays!

Activities are kicking into high gear this week around here.  I am sure that many of you are feeling the same busyness with the end of the school year, getting outside to enjoy the beauties of spring, and celebrating holidays, birthdays, graduations, and more.  Be sure to stay allergy-safe by always having your medical bag with you (not left in a hot car) and allergy-friendly food available.  Enjoy this busy time as it all is fleeting fast!

  1. Thank you for hosting!!

We’re working through Nourishing Traditions and the next topic is carbs… What exactly IS a carbohydrate? And what’s the difference between unrefined and refined carbs? Two seemingly simple questions that we must know the answers to before we can begin preparing these foods traditionally!
