Allergy-Free Wednesday Guidelines
- Any linked recipes should be allergy-friendly in some way.
- Provide a link directly to your post, not your homepage.
- Please link back to this site. It’s good blogging etiquette. Feel free to grab the bottom below to display on your post. In order to be featured next week, you must link back.
- Current and past recipes/posts are welcome.
- It’s helpful if you provide a little description with your recipe (i.e., GF, DF, EF, Paleo, GAPS, etc.).
- You can link-up as many as 2 posts weekly.
- No giveaways, please!
- Leave a comment telling us about your submission, and visit other bloggers submissions too! It makes us all feel loved.
- Entries that do not comply with these guidelines will be kindly removed.

Hello! Just a note to say I know that the Oatmeal soak is not technically for eating but I know that lots of people with allergies suffer with eczema like my son so thought it a nice one to pass on, if you deem it not appropriate then please do delete x
It doesn’t have to be recipe posts that you link up. Anything that is related to allergy issues is fine. Last week, I linked up my post about life with allergies (no recipe). Thanks for sharing it. Eczema is real allergy-related issue, so I hope some readers profit from it.
ps rather than link back on my posts I have been doing so with a permanent visible link on my homepage, is that ok or should I also add to posts too?
We (the hostesses) have been going back and forth on this. In order to be eligible for a feature (either a reader favorite or hostess pick), the actual post should contain the link back to one of us. If you do that, there will never be any problems
Thank you so much for your support of this worthy allergy-community cause by sharing your knowledge and sharing the blog hop with others. Hope to see you back again next week!
