Allergy-Free Wednesdays: July 18, 2012

Welcome to Allergy-Free Wednesdays!

I love the unpredictable days of summer!  I can forgo my meal plan, unintentionally, to spend time with friends and family, and it doesn’t matter.  The kids love it, and it’s a perfect way for us to just roll with the days these few months out of the year.  I hope you’re able to enjoy summer spontaneity as well.

  1. Thank you for hosting! It is my first time at Allergy-Free Wednesdays. I posted an allergen free crumble topping. I have put it on baked apples, pudding, applesauce, and eaten it with milk like cereal! It is also GAPS and Paleo.
