Allergy-Free Wednesdays: April 3, 2013

Welcome to Allergy-Free Wednesdays!

I trust your Easter celebrations were enjoyable and safe! I had a very hard time narrowing down my selections for this week.  Great job on so many allergy-friendly recipes!  For that reason, I’ve selected 3 recipes to feature with images and 3 runner-ups, but that doesn’t necessarily mean that any are less “featurable” than the others. YUM!

~Willing Cook Features~

African “Peanut” Stew from The Veggie Nook

Pistachio Butter Chocolate Chunk Cookies from Vegan Richa

Fruit & Veggie Muffins with Pineapple Glaze from Fairy Wings and Pixie Dust

Very Honorable Mention: Paleo Broccoli Cashew Chicken from Gluten Free Travels, Pumpkin Scones with Cardamon Icing from Allergy Free Alaska, Paleo Ice Cream Sandwiches from Oatmeal with a Fork

~Reader Feature~

Easter Berry Cheesecake from Sweetly Raw

  2. Thanks for hosting! I hope it’s ok that I shared a product and not a recipe this time. Let me know if it’s not. Have a blessed week!

Thanks for the honorable mention for my Paleo Brocolli Cashew Chicken. We are currently traveling out of the country and I can’t figure out how to link recipes using my iPad, so I’ll have a few extra recipes to share next month when we get back in the U. S. At least I can enjoy all the other contributions!
