Allergy-Free Wednesdays: April 24, 2013

Welcome to Allergy-Free Wednesdays!

I hope that each and every one of you is able to enjoy the great outdoors if spring has sprung in your area or when it does.  We were able to enjoy the most beautiful hike over the weekend with our children and some extended family.  We were in search of treasures like Morel mushrooms and arrowheads.  We found none but the fun still abounded! Get out there and enjoy God’s wonder all around you this Spring!

  1. Hi Michelle! Thanks so much for featuring my Energy Butter post! I hope spring is treating you kindly. Have a beautiful week! 🙂

  2. Pingback: You may be living with food allergies and not know it!

  3. Thank you for hosting!

This week I shared a guide on how to eat seasonally, plus two HUGE reasons why we should. To make it even easier, I also shared a post with a seasonal list, the clean & dirty lists PLUS what fruits & veggies pack the most punch for our buck – all miniaturized so we have an easy-reference card at our fingertips!
