Welcome to Allergy-Free Wednesday!
I can’t believe it’s almost Labor Day weekend already! I’m still enjoying the warm summer days, but I do really like Fall too. I’ve been running a Life with Food Allergies series over the last number of months and there are only a few topics left to cover. If you’ve missed any of the posts in the series, I encourage you to read them and pass them along to others, particularly those who are new to or struggling with the food allergy journey.

Thank you so much for featuring my Carrot Cake Bites! This week, I shared my Butternut Squash Pudding and my Purple Pick-Me-Up Slaw! They’re both Gluten/Grain Free, Vegan, Body Ecology Diet and Specific Carb Diet SCD Friendly! Hope you’re having a great week!
Purple slaw? I’m intrigued and I love most slaws. Can’t wait to check it out. Thanks for sharing!
Thank you for featuring my Allergy-free Banana Bread post! Today, I shared an original recipe for Allergy-free Zucchini bread. I figured all of the gardeners out there might have a plethora of fresh zucchinis!
Mmmm…now I’m sure you must know that I also LOVE zucchini bread! I don’t have a plethora of zucchini, but the little bit my garden has produced will do just fine. Thanks for sharing!
Delicious ideas this week! I shared ideas for making a protein smoothie, without the junkie protein powder – and you could probably do it without going to the store!
