Welcome to Allergy-Free Wednesday!

I can’t believe it’s almost Labor Day weekend already!  I’m still enjoying the warm summer days, but I do really like Fall too.  I’ve been running a Life with Food Allergies series over the last number of months and there are only a few topics left to cover.  If you’ve missed any of the posts in the series, I encourage you to read them and pass them along to others, particularly those who are new to or struggling with the food allergy journey.

  2. Thank you for featuring my Allergy-free Banana Bread post! Today, I shared an original recipe for Allergy-free Zucchini bread. I figured all of the gardeners out there might have a plethora of fresh zucchinis!
